Refund Policy
1. Digital Goods
All items in our store are digital goods and intangible assets. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the purchase is completed and the digital asset has been provisioned to your account.
2. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute via your payment provider (such as PayPal, Stripe, or your bank) will be interpreted as a breach of these terms. A chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account across all our services and affiliated networks.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are only issued under highly exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the administration (e.g., duplicate charges caused by system errors). If you believe you have experienced a technical error during checkout, please open a support ticket within 48 hours providing transaction details.
